Master forager Tama Matsuoka Wong has just published Into the Weeds: How to Garden Like a Forager. The book is definitely a field guide for how to forage and identify local plants, but it's also a meditation and manual for a life well-lived. Our conversation focuses on plants, food, the "middle ground," wandering, and pawpaws.
Host Justin Maiman, from Cairo, shares his latest inspirations on the "Ginger Radio Hour." The show features music, field recordings, performances, and interviews, primarily with people in and around the Catskill Mountains of New York live from WGXC's Acra studio.
